The SLY-500 vehicle mounted water well drilling rig is a 6 * 4 self-propelled specialized drilling equipment developed to meet the needs of water conservancy and foreign users. This drilling rig is a positive circulation rotary drilling rig that can drill in Quaternary strata such as clay layers, sand layers, weathered layers, and bedrock. It is mainly used for hydrogeological surveys, drilling of industrial and agricultural water wells, construction of underground tunnels, and ventilation holes. If the equipment is equipped with appropriate drilling tools, other construction methods can also be used. The main structure and usage characteristics of this drilling rig are as follows:
(1) The drilling rig adopts a 6 * 4 specialized drilling vehicle chassis produced by Wuyue in Tai'an, Shandong, equipped with four hydraulic support legs; The four legs can move simultaneously or independently; At the same time, the chassis is equipped with a level gauge, which is used in conjunction with hydraulic support legs to facilitate quick leveling of the drilling rig. Its two rear support legs can extend horizontally, thus improving the stability of the entire drilling rig.
(2) Each leg cylinder piston rod is threaded and equipped with a locking nut, which can be used to lock the cylinder after leveling the drilling rig. In this way, even if the oil cylinder leaks, the chassis will not become unstable.
(3) The drilling rig has a compact structure and shares a common engine with the drilling rig. It controls the operation of the vehicle or the drilling rig separately through the switching of the full power take-off. In this way, it is convenient for the drilling rig to move between construction sites and quickly align the hole positions.
(4) The turntable is a lever type and is driven internally by bevel gears, transmitting a large amount of torque.
(5) The drilling rig is equipped with a large displacement reciprocating piston pump produced by a domestic manufacturer, with high flow rate and pressure, which can ensure the smooth progress of drilling construction.
(6) The auxiliary hoist has a high lifting capacity, which can meet the needs of normal drilling and has the ability to handle general wellbore accidents.
(7) This drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary unloading rod oil cylinder, which is used to drive the ratchet teeth of the rotary table, remove the drill pipe joint buckle, and then reverse the unloading rod with the rotary table, greatly reducing labor intensity.
